Patient Support
Patient-Oriented
Our deep commitment to patients is fundamental to our culture. We consistently engage with patients, caregivers, families and organizations to fully understand the needs of the patient communities we serve. Through ongoing partnerships with patient experts and advocacy groups, we can expand our knowledge on patient needs each day.
Patient Services and Engagement
When a person receives a cancer diagnosis, it can be hard for them to know what resources or support might be needed, available, or helpful. Through our Patient Advocacy and Engagement Team, we help address the challenges and concerns patients face over the course of their journey, from the moment of diagnosis, and long after their treatment ends. We have created a Patient Expert Council comprised of people living with cancer and their caregivers who provide insights and feedback that are ingrained into everything we do. The members of this council help keep Servier on-track to meet actual patient needs.
There are many useful resources available for patients, including assistance programs (counseling, financial or travel), caregiver support programs, platforms for patient-to-patient connections, self-esteem and emotional support services and much more. We have developed a guide which compiles several of the community resources for pediatric and adolescent young adult (AYA) patients living with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and their caregivers.
Our patient engagement managers are available to provide assistance throughout the treatment and recovery process. These patient engagement managers are former ALL patients and caregivers who work one-on-one with patients and their families to answer questions, provide tools and educational materials, offer emotional support and key resources and support services.

COVID-19 and Cancer
Patient organizations provide valuable education information and resources yet finding credible resources and information for adolescent and young adult cancer patients and survivors during the COVID-19 crisis can be difficult.
Advocates came together to develop a website dedicated to providing a listing of resources and programs that are provided by leading patient advocacy groups specializing in adolescent and young adults affected by cancer during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Servier Patient Advocacy has also created a Resource Guide for use during the COVID-19 pandemic, download here.
Patient Advocacy
We are proud to work with organizations, patients, families and other experts who share our passion to improve patient outcomes. We have created a Patient Expert Council comprised of patient experts to provide insights and feedback that are ingrained into everything we do at Servier Pharmaceuticals. Collaborating, exchanging knowledge and building programming that supports patients and their families is critical to our program and focusing on ensuring access to care, education, unmet needs, engagement in research and building the patient community is core to our Advocacy program.
